Mermaids in the water combing each other's hair
Standing out like diamonds
Slender with long red hair
They like to laugh and play a lot
Teasing throughout the day
Pulling people in the water
It's just the way the play
Always finding treasures to keep within their homes
Eager for adventures and to explore the unknowns
Living life in freedom by swimming through their days
Mermaids live without restrictions and follow their own ways
Oftentimes mischievous and known to bring bad luck
Using outer beauty to lure men who are mentally stuck
I envy such a creature who goes after their desires
Such boldness and confidence I secretly admire
